WHAT IS A LIVING HERB TRAY?

Our living herb trays are fully rooted, soil-grown herbs delivered alive and ready to cut. Instead of wilted bunches of herbs from the fridge, you harvest only what you need, when you need it fresh from the tray. Microgreen herbs are packed with nutrition and have a fuller, more complex flavor than their mature counterparts.
